Don't ever use

Booked a flight from K.C. To Palm Springs, 2 months in advance. The price was excellent. Paid with credit card. Never did receive a confirmation. Contacted them by email. Said they were looking into it. After about 6 emails, they said that they could not find my reservation or payment. I contacted my bank. The bank said that indeed they did receive the payment. Since I had kept a record of my emails and their responses, the bank credited my account immediately, and turned it over to their fraud department. Will never use them again. Hope this helps someone else.
