Bait and Switch/Failure t a corporate to honor a corporate rate

Checked in aand Hampton Inn Siuox Falls did not have my corporate rate, they said because they have not updated their list. Corporate rate less $20 less than rate charged. Also at check in desk clerk said do not word they will take care of me, three nights $60. Call Hilton Honors Diamond MS Berry said she could not force hotel to honor rate, even though it was corporate. She also stated she did not care if I ever stayed at a Hampton Inn again, wow!
