Fraudulent billing rude and deceptive

As with the rest of you who filed reports on this company I have become a victim as well.

This Mr Jay Teah (rude and obnoxious as he was) tried to tell me that I had and outstanding loan for what I consider a substancial amount of money. He also said that he was going to use some type of federal law to get this money from me.

Claim was made that I took and loan out back in 1998 and payed on it for two years then stopped paying. I told him he was wrong and he told me that he knew for a fact that I took this loan out.

I told him that I was fully aware of my past and current credit score, that I was unemployed in 1998 (which is true) and that there wasn't a financial institution that would even consider me for a loan back in 1998 or now!
