Fraudulent debit charges

In December I signed up for a free membership to ifriends, and submitted my debit card number for "age verification." I am, and always have been extremely careful about giving out my card number (and it seems my caution was justified), but this appeared to be a reputable site and I was very careful to check repeatedly that my account would not be charged.
I never ended up using any of the services, and have not visited the site again for over a year.
I had been noticing twice-monthly charges to my account of 6.95, but thought they were probably some actual charge the name of which I simply did not recognize. I use my debit card for many purchases, and sometimes the names that appear on my statement are rather cryptic.
I finally deduced this was not a charge I had ever authorized, and determined that I have, starting on 12/21 been billed 6.95 either once or twice a month 29 times, and 5.95 once, and 1.00 once for a total of $208.50.

I would like this money refunded to my account and my account cancelled. I cannot even remember the login information to ifriends, and I am not about to re-submit my credit card number to have it sent to my e-mail address, and am thus unable to cancel my account on my own.
