I have booked twice with Cheapoair. BOTH times I was emailed WEEKS later saying 1) The PRICE of my plane ticket (s) had changed (increased by several hundred dollars) and 2) The SCHEDULE of my flight (s) had changed significantly (prolonging my trip by hours and hours).
I called the number they provided me in the email (s), and was on hold for over an hour, then HUNG UP on, I called back and was on hold for ANOTHER HOUR. Finally, I spoke to a representative, only to be put on hold AGAIN!
My frustration with this airline travel company is impalpable.
