Cheapoair - don't do it!

Initial flights booked as advertised on website. A week later - email advising that they needed to reschedule a portion of our flights. Spent two hours (mostly trying to get through) and rescheduled at additional cost. Now, a month later, second portion of our flights need to be rescheduled - same complaint - not enough time between flights to transfer. It would appear that they are falsely advertising flight combinations that they know will not be permitted under Federal Regulations. Once they have your money, there's no going back. We now have a six hour layover to contend with, throw in a young child for good measure - result - much unhappiness. Upon receiving the new flight itinerary, they have changed our departure time (without notifying us) to an hour earlier! There was also a snafu with the payment - that took almost three hours (mostly on hold) to sort out. Much of a booked vacation is anticipation of the vacation it's self - I wait in dread each week to see what else I will have to deal with and how long I will have to be on hold with CheapOair's call center which is offshore!
