Reserved 4 night stay in a resort in Orange County, CA in Februray 2010. Oneday into my journey south, I acquired the concept my father died (friday). I first tried changing my reservation to 1 evening, but was advised no. I had been so angry, these were likely to cost me for that complete four evenings, and that I did not wish to remain there anymore, as my entire reason behind heading was to determine my father. I needed to return house and become with my loved ones within my suffering. I'd arranged my remains through Inexpensive E' Stay that will be another organization work by Expedia.com... Completely unsympathetic.

Therefore, should you guide by having an online organization, I Would rather use priceline.com, who one hour before my planned trip, nevertheless terminated my reservation that same-day when I told them of why I was rescheduling.
