Very Unhappy with Long Layove

I stopped riding Greyhound for 3 years because they lost my luggage and never refunded me for it. I started taking Mega Bus. I returned to riding Greyhound once I found out they were under new management. Also, I returned because I got tired of Mega Bus breaking down. I have overall been pleased with "the new Greyhound." At least, I was pleased up to the point of my last trip. I take the bus from Chicago to Akron, Ohio. There is a change in Cleveland. This last time I had a five hour layover in Cleveland. I checked their website and found if I continue taking the same schedule, this five hour layover will be part of it. I am now considering flying. The service has improved. The stations are cleaner than they used to be. The staff is more helpful. Other than this big layover, I am pleased with their service.
