Snarky Customer Service and Poor/Shady Delivery of Services

Do NOT use Lugless. Spare yourself, seriously. I had issues with these guys from start to finish, some still to be resolved. They seem to fly pretty fast and loose and take little interest in delivering a quality, honest service.
