Lugless.com lost my luggage and failed to compensate me - luggage delivery

Lugless just admitted that it lost my suitcase which I shipped in December 5th from Berkeley to New York. It took them 1.5 months to figure out that they lost it. And then, they offered me a compensation like a slap on my face, 100$ for my luggage.

They do things like this and write in their FAQ that you can forget about lost luggages, if they ever lose something they will compensate you based on fair market value and so on... My snowboard shoes alone were worth a lot more than the 100$ they shamelessly offered me without even knowing what was in my bag.

Do not trust them with your luggage
