I have 7 positive review all hidden from the past 18 months, but only negitive reviews are posted for all to judge my business

If your business isn't on Yelp don't add it or claim it. Yelp filters reviews and in my case is showing 3 reviews and has filtered 9 reviews that don't show. If you want to see the other reviews which don't effect the star rating, you have to scroll down to the last review and look for the small print (9 reviews) on the left side, click on it and then type in two cryptic words to then see the reviews. If all my reviews were showing I would have great reviews, medium reviews and one bad review for customers to see that are current, instead I have a bad review from Feb a med review and a good review giving me 3 stars instead of the 4 to 5 stars if they were all showing.

Why did I get a bad review? The college girl canceled after she was already billed for the month and told me if I didn't refund her money she would go on the internet and trash my business. Yelp was no help. There site enables people to blackmail and coheres business or they will give them bad reviews. Even if you can show them a contract and signatures, it doesn't matter. Oh and the best part is the bad reviewers all make up fake names.
