Wanted to change reservation

I used my smart phone to make a 1 night reservation in Taos. I thought I was on the website for the hotel. I saw my reservation was for 2 nights so I called the number on the site to change my reservation. I think I was talking to someone in India. She told me she changed the reservation. I now have a confirmation for one room for 1 night and one room for 2 nights and the confirmation states my charge is $394.84! When I called again the woman, and again I think I was speaking with someone from India kept telling me I was wrong. I kept telling her I had the written confirmation but it didn't matter. She hung up on me. I feel sick to my stomach that these people have my credit card number, etc. I would like Roomstays.com to get this straightened out immediately. Tamara Barrett.
