Still Unresolved - Lux Ground service from San Diego to Las Vegas and back -July 25/July26

Would love to get resolution on my travel issue with Lux Ground. I have been verbally promised a refund for my three tickets purchased (at $65.00 each) and reimbursement for your gas money. I have called and emailed to follow up and, apparently, you are now chosing not to respond to me. I know that I have been nothing but fair regarding my attempts at quiet resolution and I would appreciate you keeping your word. It's, in my opinion, the least you can do.
