Delivery Date Changed Twice, Waited All Day, No Package

A few years back I ordered an expensive item. It was shipped FedEx Ground, and they delivered it to the wrong apartment. If I had not been paying attention, I likely would have been out nearly $400.

Well, recently I ordered another expensive item, and the seller was foolish enough to ship it through FedEx Ground.

The first estimated delivery date was Jan 30.

Then it was changed to Feb 3.

Then it was changed to Jan 31. So on Jan 31, a Saturday, I waited at home all day because I had to sign for it. It never came.

When I called to complain, I got an agent telling me that it was still scheduled for Feb 3. When I asked her why THEIR website misleads customers and makes them wait around for shipments that are not arriving, she just went completely quiet.

Thanks for wasting a good part of my weekend and taking forever to deliver a simple box, FedEx Ground! I will never buy anything from a company that uses FedEx Ground again.
