Total scam!

My husband and I purchased the luxury bus ride to Vegas through Groupon. We were later informed that Lux no longer did business with Groupon because as per the customer svc person from Lux, "groupon is going out of business. We are no longer working with them". We were to depart for Vegas on Sep 26 and meet at the Marriott located on 333 W Harbor, San Diego. We arrived prior to 7:30 A.M. And waited for the bus to arrive by 8:00 (supposedly to show our tickets and I. D). By 10:00 A.M., we were still waiting for the bus! Several times, we called their number (888) 331-4443, which we kept receiving a recording of "this number is temporarily disabled". To date (now Oct 1st), whenever we call this number, we still receive the same recording. We have not been able to get a hold of Lux and they did not call us to say whether or not our trip was cancelled. However, on the day we planned to return to San Diego (Sep 29), we suddenly receive an email from them saying "reservation cancelled for Vegas Bus Express". We never cancelled the bus trip first of all and secondly, we waited til 10 A.M. At Marriott waiting to be picked up! There is also another travel group by the name of "Luxe" (with an "e" at end), which apparently have received many customer complaints about "Lux". All email confirmations are from WebReserv", which in smaller letters say "Note: This is an automated email message, please do not reply to this email". Of note, all other emails also say that they are named either Vegas Bus Express or Lux Ground Transportation; furthermore, their address and phone numbers differ, but both from Los Angeles. With their phone numbers (951-487-9444 - in which the phone rings and rings with no answer, or at 888-331-4443 - which is "temporarily disabled"), one is not able to talk to someone to discuss their trip itinerary or to get any immediate questions answered. My husband and I never get a luxury bus ride to and from Vegas, but when we arrived home, we also noted on our credit card stmt "another" charge of $110.02, which we did not give permission. We paid $110 ($55 pp), and the extra 2 cents charge is unknown. We will never try to use this service ever again. Apparently these scammers need to close business or sent to jail! In search of other reviews about this company, EVERY BODY IS PISSED!
