Very bad experience

Booked my flights to Italy through expedia.com. When we went to get on our connecting flights we were told they were non-existent! We booked our flights in May and they were cancelled in June. Our flights were in Sept.! Expedia did not notify us! Had to spend 3 extra nights and over 3 days 9 hrs. On the phone with them! They were no help at all! We lost so much money! We kept getting disconnected or they were hanging up on us! We got no answers from them, no appology, no NOTHING!!! We spent so much money on phone calls and hotels because of their mistake. No one at customer service seemed to care. Had to call and fiqure out to get home ourselves. Do not try and save a few hundred dollars, book directly with an airline or travel agent. Worst experience ever!!!
