Ripoff they took money out of my bank account that someone gave them the information and stole my banking info, they said it was not fraud charges they have a recording

At the end of august i was in the hospital for about three weeks.in the mean time my apartment was broken into and my checking account information was stolen. Someone also used my information and phone and gave out my information to this capitol vacations.

I called my bank when i saw this charge. THey said they show that I had ok'd this. Then my bank called them and after talking with my bank and then talking with this Amy Pietrafitta and i tried to explane to her this was a fraud charge i could not make this charge when i was not home and i would have never ok'd it either its a rip off she said there was nothing she could do but for me to send a letter and they will refund my money its been a week now and still i have not been refunded back. I called today and the lady who answered was nasty and she said it was not fraud i explaned to her yes it was. That company is a joke and a rip off.
