They are a rip off. I was charged $149 ("refundable after trial") then $49 by some different long-distance company ("refundable") $59 and $19 from them.
Even after I reach their automated phone cancellation, they continue to take money out. No information from these other companies were sent to me.
The bank refunded some of the money but they still continue to charge. These people need to be put out of business. How do you reach them?
