Inc rip-off! Liars! Thieves! Refusal to obey the law! Can't reach them!

This company is a complete rip off and fraudulant. They stated I had won 5 vacation packages, I fell into their trap and then I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals Office and they stated that under Florida law you have 30 days to cancel in writing. I did so and the company refuses to respond or refund.

I have involved my visa company and the Florida Consumer Services Department and filed a complaint. The company is almost impossible to reach and when you do no manager or customer service rep will return your calls. When I have spoken with the floor managers they state there isn't a thing I can do to get a refund and will not follow the state laws. Stay away from this company!!!
