Need some help

I was pressured into this package just like all of you. I put the down payment in for $349. I then came across all of this info, and was not pleased at all in the first place after I did some research on the actual costs. I called to cancel (within my 30 days) and I was told that I made a verbal contract, so I stated that the florida laws state that a verbal contract is not valid etc. And then I said florida state law 559.933 states that any consumer has the right to a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase, and she said no we are a non refundable company. If you go to a store that has a sign that says no refunds. Etc. We are just like that. She like this law doesnt apply to us, and I read the law to her word for word off the florida website, and she said that I can read all the laws I want, I am not getting a refund. I said that you regulate under these laws, and she said im not giving any refunds. I then said I talked to a friend who booked the same vacation (people on here) and had gotten their money back. She said well go do what they did then. I tried everything, and I know I was right, but this bitch wouldn't do anything, was clearly was being unlawful. So I said I guess I will just have to file a complaint with the florida consumer protection agency (which I just did) and she said ok go ahead, then I just hung up, as I didnt see it going anywhere, and I had been on hold for 45 min thru 4 diff people who transferred me.
