I booked Hotel Reservations, and 2 dinner shows through VacationsMade Easy. They did make the reservations and sent me verification on the hotel and the 2 shows. 4 days before we were going to go on vacation a medical emergency came up with my wife in hospital in serious condition. I called to cancel the reservations and they would not refund my money. All the offered was a gift certificate for the amount, that is good for 1 year. If we don't book through them within that 1 year then we loose all money already paid to them.
I don't want a gift certificate, I want a refund but they refuse to do this.
