Reservations: I had reservations at your hotel Days Inn in Morrisville, NC for 5/3/13-5/5/13

I am not very familiar with the North Carolina area. Made reservations at the wrong Days Inn. Did not realize this until I arrived at my destination. I do understand you having a policy on cancellations, but you would not let me transfer my hotel accommodations from one Days Inn to another. I thought that was unfair. So, I ended up having to spend money I did not have. I will never book through you again. I know you are thinking that's my problem, but I felt disappointed. So thanks a lot.
