Horrible customer service

My 70 year old mother was recently on a flight from fort collins colorado to mesa arizona. My mother is far from disabled. But she does have some come and go pain from a pinched nerve in her neck. She got on the plane with her carry on bag and asked the flight attendant if she would be able to help her put it in the overhead bin. The flight attendant looked at her up and down and at the bag and said "if you can't lift it then you should have checked it" and then she walked away. This incident occurred after they had a 3 hour delay because they had an oil leak and no mechanic at the airport.
