Timeshare Cancellation Refused Despite Three Certified Letters

I purchased this timeshare on my vacation in Las Vegas 6-24-12. After coming home read the contract and noticed I had been lied to repeatedly. They told me I could use it whenever, not true can't use it till 2014. Why would I purchase something like that? Told me the maintenance fees were every other year. Not true. Lies after lies just to sell and make there commission. I sent 3 certified cancellation letters, and they say I can't cancel. Took money out of my account after I told them I couldn't pay anything right away. They are thieves and liars.
