Expedia Services Disappointment

I am very disappointed with my Expedia reservation to Maine. I have a small dog and requested a dog friendly hotel. The representative booked me at The Coachman Inn in Kittery, Maine. She said that the cost was $256 for 2 nights and upon arrival I was also get a discount for Triple AAA. When I got to the hotel I showed the connossier my reservation. She said she did not have a room available for me with my pet and that she was not going to give me a discount for triple AAA. She told me it was a bad idea to book with Expedia and added that the next time I needed a reservation to contact them directly. Please get back to me in regard to this matter.
