Rude Drive

Your driver was very rude to a customer on your bus.By coming over the intercom to tell her to shut her baby up. I'm offended because I have kids and I wish someone would tell me to shut my child up. Very disrespectful and makes your company look very unprofessional. She had a small baby no more than 6 months and children gets irritated after a while and she was coming from Rogers, Ar going to Colorado Springs, CO so of course the child would be cranky. So would I on a ride that long. I am highly disappointed with this company and your customer service.
