A few weeks ago i was buying a round trip ticket to Portland ME to Boston MA and i noticed the price wasa only $20, when i it's usially somewhere around $75 (i've been taking trips back and forth for the past few years) It took me 3 days and many hours to contact a live voice on the phone after going through useless menues upon useless menues. Wehn i finally got a person tehy told me to go back to the menue and press 6, which isn't even advertised as an option. After two more menues, i got to another person who told me to call another number, and after a menue for that they told me to call another number. This time the person told me it was apparently a promotional thing they were doing, even thought it wasn't advertised anywhere. It shouldn't have taken 3 days to get an answer.
