Misrepresentation

Do not use expedia ever! They have misrepresented hotels on their website and when you call to speak with a supervisor, they do not give their names and will NOT transfer you. They will put you on hold and never come back. You will have to call back 1-800expedia. Once you call back, you will be connected with an operator in the Phillipines. Do not ever use their service. They double charged me for places I did NOT stay and claimed that we were lying about it. They are nothing but liars and will give you BOGUS reference numbers on things they GUARANTEE you. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF LIARS AND CHEATS!!! Save your time and money and use other travel sites.
