Cheap o air
Not Impressed!

I am very unimpressed with the service I received through Cheap O Air. When I called to change the flight I was quoted one price and was charged another. I have record of all corresponding emails and there was almost a 24 hour gap from when I was told one price to when I was emailed about the apparent "new price" and my credit card was charged without my approval. When I tried to understand why my credit card was charged almost $200 more than the price I was told without my consent the gentlemen I dealt with was not very helpful.
To change the flight cost significantly more than the original flight, which was a return flight!

I received a $50 refund for my trouble, which didn't even cover the price increase of what I was quoted to what I paid!

Our company as well as myself personally with not be using Cheap O Air again.
