Hideous experience

I've traveled all over the world on buses but never had a more negative experience than riding from Olympia to Grants Pass, Oregon and back last month. The station in Olympia was dark and unheated, the bus was late but the station clerk was rude and unhelpful. She seemed to have no way to predict when the bus might come or whether we'd meet our connections in Portland. The driver to Portland was friendly and the best thing about the whole experience. Things were decent the rest of the way. But coming back!!! The driver out of Grants Pass was rude and grumpy to everyone. He literally yelled at me once for trying to switch seats. The bus was dirty. He did not let anyone off the bus between Grants Pass and Portland. I've never, literally, seen anything like it. We were all cowed into submission by him. I was told in Grants Pass my bags would be transferred for me in Portland. That wasn't true and I would have lost my bags if I hadn't double checked upon arrival. These busses, the stations, were shabby and uncared for. This company should be ashamed of itself. I would never ride Greyhound again.
