Customer Service at Oakland Greyhound Station

This past weekend I had a trip from L.A. To Oakland and few days later back. The bus rides were great and the drivers were very nice and respectful, but yet the service at the Oakland Greyhound Station was terrible. This lady (her name is DOMINIQUE... Sunday 10 am shift 9/18) at the front not only did not provide us the information that we were asking for (we were kind of lost), she also did not explain why we were paying extra and when we finally purchased the "fast pass" she called me a "bitch" after my question what to do with this pass and sent us to the back of the line where the last people were told they won't make it to the bus bcuz there are no seats left. Good thing I asked another worker who was kind enough to take us where we were suppose to be and by using the "fast pass" we got to get on the bus. This lady should not be working there and I hope somebody takes care of that.
