Have not used this site in 8 yrs. Paid for flight, added all current information—yet when I received email confirmation, it had my maiden name. Called and complained—I had to pay $100 for name change. I was told I should have upated my profile when I was married as their system "auto populates"; however there is no flag that comes up discrepancies. When the manager changed my name, she deleted my flight and re-entered it; however the next time, I checked my itenerary (because the changes were never sent to me), I realized they changed my flight departure from LA not SFO—called back to be told i must have told them to do this!!! They had to redelete the trip and re-enter it agan leaving from SFO—thank God my seat was still available. One month passes and it all looked finally ok. Now, I am leaving next week and receiving emails that they cancelled my flight. They have since told me that it was sent in error; Cannot tell you how upset I am... I have no idea what to expect when my date for departure really arrives.
