Extremely long hold time to get through to speak to a representative (over an hour and still waiting!). To top it off, I've always ended up speaking to a RUDE customer service rep every time I was fortunate enough to get through.By their tone of voice, it is very clear that they are under paid and under qualified to do their job. Never booking through Expedia again.
