Unable to access my bookings on your non existant support onlin - Malaysian airline booking from Kuala Lumpar to Siem Reap on 25/5/12

Your website is useless, I am stuck in Malaysia with a booking I cannot use and there is no way to access your support except by phone. I will never deal with you again and actuaally am begining to wonder if you are a reputeable company at all, as I've left half a dozen feedback messages and had not one acknowledgement of any.
