Us Asian Tour, Inc
Took over $4200.00 from 13 teachers and left stranded in Kuala Lumpur - have been trying for over 1 year to resolve and now refuse our calls

On June 28th of 2010 my small travel company used US Asian Tours, Inc to organize an educational trip for 13 teachers from Miami Dade County to Asia.
We booked airline tickets through US Asian Tours on Air Asia between Siem Reap, Cambodia and Bali, Indonesia via Kuala Lumpur.
Full payment via 2 company check was made in full to US Asian Tours, Inc for full amount of $2380.00.
Our checks were cashed by US Asian Tours and we were issued a record locator number.

Upon arrival into Siem Reap on way to Kuala Lumpur we were told that #1 - the record locator number we had been issued was not a correct number.
Upon providing our receipt from US Asian Tours, we were ushered to the Air Asia Office and were told that said flights had been cancelled due to non payment from US Asian Tours and no record of their ever having paid for our tickets were found.
We were left stranded and eventually forced to buy last minute full fare tickets to Kuala Lumpur - Denpasar, Bali at an additional $5280.00!!!

I immediately contacted US Asian Tours via email upon arrival in Bali and were told that it had been a mistake and that it would be corrected.
I received many similar emails in the months following in addition to at least a dozen phone calls to and from a sales rep: "Wan"
They now refuse to answer phone calls, return emails and we have been left w/out payment - a loss out of our pockets for a non-for-profit trip meant to enrich our teachers.
We would like our money back. DO NOT do business with these people!!!
