This hotel will rip you off, and then blame you for doing so!

This hotel ripped us off so bad. They charge you without knowing it, they don't clean the entire room, they refuse to help you when you have a problem, and allow people to basically do whatever they want without considering the needs of others. The hotel staff informed us at checkout that we spent the most amount of money of anyone at the hotel - we were there on business, and we think that they jacked up the rates on us to get more money.

THIS IS EXTORTION! In addition, no one ever resolved any of our problems or even bothered to tell people next to our room to be quiet. My mother still has migrane attacks! The staff was not helpful at all; actually, they were quite indifferent. This hotel is absolutely terrible, and the sanitation was even worse. Do not come here; they will rip you off, chew you up, and spit you out like two-day old meat!
