Fraudulent Room Damages

Stayed in Comfort Suites North Pflugerville, Tx was visiting the Austin area from Dallas and seeing family had to pull into any hotel nearby as me and my sister and friend were really tired. Didn't like that it cost so much for a basic motel with dirty sheets and towels but at night and after driving for hours all day I just needed to lay down. Was trying to quit smoking but I still had a few so I went down stairs and outside to smoke with the guy on duty from the front desk in the Comfort Suites North office.

The next morning I had a headache and was thinking fine I will trying to quit again as I have done many times where I just throw away my remaining pack of cigarettes in the trash and hope I don't break down in a few days and buy more. Little did I know that unused cigarettes in Comfort Suites apparently means I've been smoking in their rooms so they decided to charge and additional $150 to my card.

This would make sense if I hadn't called and explained and asked if it smelled like smoke or if any cigarettes were smoked or ashes anywhere in the room but of course there was none additional damages were claimed via phone as I'm sure all Choice Hotel employees are told to just lie and make up things when their not sure or don't have an answer.

This was a great lesson for me if you know it's a low quality hotel chain and you really need to sleep just park and curl up on the back seat or drive another 30-45mins until an honest hotel can be found. I only hope others don't suffer the same fraud I had to endure at the hands of these horrible people at Comfort Suites North Pflugerville, Tx.

If anyone else has had a similar situation and would like to be included in a class action suite against Comfort Suites North Pflugerville, Tx please give me a call. Hopefully so that we can find a way to punish Comfort Suites North for believing they can just make more money off their lies.
