A big Ripoff Never stay at this hotel!

Avoid this hotel at all costs!!! On a recent stay we complained about the room not having been cleaned properly and instead of fixing the problem the manager became very argumentative and claimed this was not possible (even without checking the room first). The staff was very aggressive, threatening and rude, and we had to move to a different hotel to avoid further problems. This hotel besides being anti-hygienic seems to hire ugly mafia or gang members as managers. This is the kind of places that give a bad reputation to Mexico for not being clean and being dangerous.
