World Wide Traveler Visa Steeling from teenage girl

We bought one of these cards and put money on it for a school trip rather then give her cash because she was going to a big city. She had money left and when we tryed to take the money off we were told that we would be charged to take it off to spend the money till we got the balance down to zero. We did that only to find that they added tips at the restaurant we went to we had left a tip of cash this was not on the receipt.

I called them to complain and they charged me 2.00 for call them to find out why the charge was different then my receipt. And they are going to charge me to cancel it when I cancel. This is such a scam. Bancorp you should be ashamed taking a teen age girls money she worked hard for this money
