Charged for third-party Balance Shield service on rewards card

We signed up for a rewards card with Fred Meyer/US Bank and got slammed into a charge for this scam company. We called the Bank and they insist we call this third party partner. Of course they aren't taking calls! You can bet we will immediately be filing complaints with the Attorney General, FTC commission, and BBB to start.
