We purchased tickets for a round trip flight for $500. We never recieved a confirmation email or itenerary. We called orbitz to find out that they cancelled our tickets. Then we had TWO charges of $500 on the account and no tickets. They have the worst customer service and no one seems to know how to help us. This website and company is a joke.
