We too paid for a package holiday to Orlando, a cruise to the Bahamas, an a bonus holiday to Mexico.in May we paid 546 and were told that they would send us some airline vouchers to help pay for our flights and that they would extend the time to take the holiday from 12 months to 18 months. We did receive our travel information package along with our leather luggage and extra FREE gift which was a travel clock but did not receive our airline vouchers, and the travel package said it had be taken within 12 months. So today emailed FIC to ask where the vouchers were and to try and extend the time to 18 months like they said they would, only to receive the email below. So much for the extra FREE gift, this was the most expensive luggage set and travel clock I have ever purchased or ever likely to again.

Below is the email I got today, to which I have replied asking if I will get a refund, not much chance of that, will probably just get the same old auto response email.

It is with extreme regret that we must announce that due to circumstances outside of our control, our company has been forced completely out of business due to total insolvency.

Our shipping records confirm that the luggage, electronics, and software products package you purchased has been delivered to you. However, with much sorrow, we have to inform you that the complimentary holiday bonus certificate must be suspended. We are truly sorry for this most disappointing news. The demise of a long-standing company is a painful experience and we sincerely regret that our devastating company loss affects you and your family.
