Ripoff American Airlines abuses small children & takes advantage of their families Fort Worth Texas

I traveled to Aruba on American Airlines with my husband and twin 15 month old girls. After a long delay due to human error we finally took off almost 3 hours late. Two hours into the flight one of my daughters got ill on the plane. I took her into the bathroom to clean her & myself up. When I returned to our seat we my husband and I were abused by the flight attendant. My husband with my other daughter in his arms cleaned the seat and surrounding area to the best of his ability with the only wipes I had left in my carry on.

Once he was out of wipes and my daughter had started to act up he stopped to calm her. The flight attendant approached him and told him to get up because he wasn't finished cleaning yet. I couldn't believe the attitude or lack of compassion this attendant showed. I am 6 months pregnant, traveling with 2 infants and she wanted us to scrub the floor clean without even offering paper towels or something to clean with. When I explained to her the situation and that we could not put the infants any place in order to clean she threatned to call authorities and told us it was best for us to keep our mouths shut. She then proceeded to try to embarass us by announcing that food service had been discontinued due to someone getting sick in the gully.

Can you imagine how that went over to a plane full of hostile passengers. We asked for the attendants names and we were told due to security reasons they could not tell us. When food service was resumed we were served nothing but attitude. When I complained to the executive offices they didn't care very much and did nothing to satisfy my complaint. A letter in the attendants employee file would of been acceptable. An apology wasn't even offered. Point being, American Airlines is unfriendly to children and their families.
