I have received the folloing message after having paid for a vacation in Orlando and a cruise trip to the Bahamas:

I am very sorry for to have received your message with the really bad news. I would like to emphasize that the bonus you have offered was not free of charge and I made several payments to you company for reservatons etc. Moreover, I have purchased air tickets which cannot be reimbursed or returned. I therefore claim full reimbursement of all the moneis I have transferred to your company or find alternative ways to compensate for my expenses. If your company finds itself unable to settle the financial issue with me, I will be forced to seek the assistance of a lawyer until this issue is resolved to our mutual satisfaction.
