Honolulu 'reliable' transporation

I planned a 100% internet arranged trip to Hawaii. This company stated they had been in business 25 years so that seemed like a good company to last as long. First off I could not get the website to accept my reservations so I emailed the company asking what was up. Reno Toleno replied and assured me that all would be taken care of. I had arranged for round trip airport with lei greeting plus an additional round trip for a sidetrip to Kauai.

When I arrived at the airport my name was not listed on the sheet for being picked up. I had copies of the emails with me so they did take me into Waikiki but I didn't receive my lei.

Considering what had happened previously I decided to confirm my interisland transport which was most fortuante since yet again I was not listed.

On the return from Kauai I was picked up though I did have to call and report my location.

The staff was more than friendly and I did receive an extra lei

Not being on one list I can see as a slip up and can be forgotten but when the mistake was not fixed promptly then I consider it lax.

On the Pearl Harbor trip I asked to be on the first bus out and Reno said that would be 0600. When no one arrived I naturally assumed that yet again I had been omitted only to findout that they did not begin pickups until 0630.

For the departure trip i naturally called to confirm and he asked why I would be concerned. Duh! I then backed up my pickup time half an hour to allow time for 'glitches' and his response was to ask why I wanted to wait longer at the airport. Because its closer to the plane!!
