Alcira Buzzetta Vacation Rental Fraud

George Buzzetta rented us a home in Port Charlotte FL for the month of March using his wife's name, Alcira Buzzetta. She did not sign the lease. Three days before we were supposed to check in, George called to say the house was no longer available and we could stay at another of his houses, this one in Punta Gorda. He would give us $500 compensation for our inconvenience and would mail it to us when he returned the $500 security deposit a week after we checked out.

We had to purchase several necessities, i.E. Shower curtain rod, liner, bath rugs, and cleaner for the floor.

He agreed to reimburse us for the costs of these items as well.

We called him every day since leaving Florida and he will not return our calls.

He owes us $1046 plus more money for the increase in real estate tax we paid and other items we purchased.

We too are senior citizens who love to visit Florida for a month in the winter and this scumbag ruined our vacation and has caused us undue aggravation and disappointment.
