Rental House Rip-off

I leased a rental property from the above, Bettie Hultquist, upon completion of my lease, she still owes me $765.00. She claims she owes me nothing.

I have copies of the returned check for when she claims i was late on rent. I was NEVER late on rent and I was a great tenant and i left the home well maintained and even cleaner than when i moved in. I have witnesses to this and to during my lease of having people come over and state what a clean little house, etc.

I even bought some items and installed them and left them in the house (fans, shower head, window safety locks. The home was robbed during my lease and i was then scared to live there. I then installed locks on all the windows because she would not help with a security system, with it being her home i could not sign a contract without her permission, which she wanted no part of.

She also owes me for pet deposit, the contract sheet i signed stated the pet deposit was part of the Security deposit which she says i am not getting it back. So i have filed complaints and am waiting the outcome. But i was depending on that money and it has been since Feb. 2004!
