Hotels.com
Charged more than promised rate, price match not honored

I made a reservation with hotels.com and at that time I had a better deal from easyclicktravel.com (from Kayak's site). Since I had my account on hotels.com I called them and was promised a price match. Today I received my credit card bill and the price was not matched. I called many times their customer service, repeated the same problem and was left waiting on the phone for more than 30 minutes and they never talked to me or they hung up on me. It is not acceptable business for only a $30 difference.
