GIFT Ticket Fee ripoff Dallas

Greyhound charges a $14.00 fee if you purchase a ticket for someone using a credit card. If I gave that person cash, there would be no fee.

I am a working parent trying to send my child off to school and I am not a bank or charity with money to issue out for a fee which I think is unfair.

If Greyhound thinks a fee such as this is necessary maybe they should raise their fares. I'd have no problem paying a higher fair, but to tack on a fee such as this in an instance such as this unfair, greedy, and just plain stupid.

What were they thinking. It used to be riding Greyhound meant something when I was younger. Maybe it was always like this, I can't say I wasn't buying the tickets.

Now it seems like they just look for more ways to get their hands in your pockets rather than providing a service.
