Alligiant Airlines is a company that is commiting fraud. They will bump you from a flight just because they can, they tell you to reserve a seat for $, then you get to the airport and your seat has been taken by someone else - and you don't get your paid for reserve seat. They don't allow refunds. The customer service department is a joke. You cannot get a person to call you back even if you leave dozens of messages. If you have an emergency you might as well forget it - they will not help you. Do not think you are getting a good deal - - in the end you will get ripped off! This did not happen just once - it has happened three times & strike three and they are out!!! I should never have given them even a second chance. Stay away from Alligiant Air you will be ripped off.
